The flange bearings or plastic coated flange bearing wheels are specially made by special injection molding technique and advanced equipment. The deep groove ball bearings inside are made of GCr15 bearing steel, which consists of an outer ring, an inner ring, a group of steel balls and a cage. The plastic coating parts is selected with good wear resistance nylon (PA) material, highly resilient which will not crack, chip or peel because of the impact of external temperature. No bubbles inside the flange bearing, increases the service life, applicable in furniture, machinery and equipment, teaching equipment, medical equipment and other fields.
