The auger drill is a spiral blade drilling machine. It includes a drill frame. The frame is provided with a slideway and a reduction box that can slide up and down along the slideway. The reduction box is connected to the power input shaft and the power output shaft. The other end is connected to the hydraulic motor, the other end of the power output shaft is connected to the drill rod, and the lower end of the drill rod is connected to the drill bit.

Principle: The main component of the auger rig is the mast column of the rig. The column is equipped with a slideway and a reduction box that can slide up and down. The reduction box is connected to the power input shaft and the power output shaft. The other end of the power input shaft is connected to the hydraulic motor and the power output shaft. The other end is connected to a drill rod, and the lower end of the drill rod is connected to a drill bit. The up and down movement of the drill rod of the drilling rig is realized by the driving device of the reduction box, which is more conducive to the downward force and rapid drilling; the reduction box can slide up and down along the slide of the drilling rig frame to ensure the verticality of the drilling; the drill rod is a spiral Blade drill pipe, the soil material can be returned to the ground along the blade when drilling; the power output shaft is a hollow mandrel, and the upper port of the mandrel can be connected with concrete pouring equipment for concrete pouring.

Composition structure

Spiral drilling rig is mainly composed of top pulley block, power head, auger drilling tool, hydraulic lifting rod, control room, chassis, walking mechanism, slewing mechanism, hoisting wire rope, mast column, hoisting hoist, hydraulic system and electrical system.

(1) Top pulley block: lifting power head and drill pipe block block.

It consists of two air-cooled motors, reducer, elbow, exhaust device, lifting frame and sliding block. (3) Spiral drilling tool: drilling rig forming device. It is a spiral drill pipe.

(4) Hydraulic lifting rod: hydraulic device for lifting and lowering the mast.

(5) Control room: The operator's control room of various structures is located in front of the main hoist at the rear of the drilling rig and has a steel structure. Open windows on three sides to ensure a wide view.

(6) Chassis: a device that supports the control room, walking mechanism and slewing mechanism.

(7) Walking mechanism: using hydraulic walking type, four outrigger hydraulic cylinders support the ground when advancing, and the bottom plate is lifted off the ground through the hydraulic system to drive the traveling hydraulic cylinder to realize the pile driver's shoes to move forward, and then retract the outriggers to fall. The chassis is pulled forward through the contraction of the hydraulic cylinder, and the pile driver moves forward through such repeated operations.

(8) Slewing mechanism: driven by a medium-speed hydraulic motor through a reducer, under the cooperation of four outrigger hydraulic cylinders. Can make the pile machine realize 360. turn around.

(9) Hoisting wire rope: the wire rope used when hoisting the top motor, power head and auger drilling tool.

(10) Mast column: steel structure column. It is used for lifting the top motor, power head, auger drilling tool and lifting cast-in-place pile reinforcement cage, with a hydraulic lifting rod connected in the middle.

(11) Hoisting hoist: the power device for hoisting the power head and auger, including electric motor and hoisting device.

(12) Hydraulic system: the assembly of all hydraulic devices of the drilling rig, including hydraulic pumps, hydraulic pipelines, etc.

(13) Electrical system: electrical control device for the motor and power head on the top of the drilling rig.

Technical characteristics

During the construction of the auger rig, the auger drill is used to drill holes and the concrete is poured through the center pipe of the drill pipe. It is suitable for the construction of small diameter cast-in-place pile foundations for transmission line towers. The drilling and pile-forming operations have high efficiency and have the following characteristics:

(1) A long spiral drill is used to form the hole, and concrete can be injected into the bottom of the hole through the center pipe of the drill pipe. It can not only complete drilling and pile formation at one time, but also can be used in various construction methods such as dry hole formation and grouting replacement.
